Zucchini, Apple and Berry Roll-ups

Ingredients
  

  • 750 grams apples
  • 300 grams berries of your choice
  • 2-3 medium zucchini
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel, core and chop the apples into large chunks. Place in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes until they're softened. Drain.
    Place the apples, berries, zucchini and coconut cream in a blender and blitz until smooth. 
    Spread it thinly (about 5mm thick) on a dehydrating sheet or baking paper on an oven tray.
    Dry for 5-8 hours at 65-70 degrees Celsius until dry but slightly tacky.
    Cut into strips and store in an airtight container.
