Peel, core and chop the apples into large chunks. Place in a large saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes until they're softened. Drain.Place the apples, berries, zucchini and coconut cream in a blender and blitz until smooth. Spread it thinly (about 5mm thick) on a dehydrating sheet or baking paper on an oven tray.Dry for 5-8 hours at 65-70 degrees Celsius until dry but slightly tacky.Cut into strips and store in an airtight container.
